*Tracking numbers will only be provided for Royal Mail Tracked and Special Delivery shipping options.
**Please note that any customs charges will have to be paid by the customer. All items in the order will have to be cleared through customs by the customer, otherwise the order will be returned to us.
Returns & Refunds
We don't accept returns for baby care, bath products, toys and products with an opened seal due to hygiene, health and safety policies.
UK Returns
UK returns are free*. To return items, please log in to your account and select create a return. Select all items you'd like to return and click submit. You will receive a return label from us within 24 hours by email. Orders are eligible for return within 30-days from the purchase date.
Please include the return slip you received with your order to avoid any processing delays. All items to be returned will need to be unused/unworn and send back in its original packaging with tags attached.
International Returns
For international returns, postage and any additional fees will need to be paid for by the customer*. To return items, please log in to your account and select create a return. Select all items you'd like to return and click submit. You will receive an email with further instructions on where to send the return to within 24 hours after submitting. Orders are eligible for return within 45-days from the purchase date.
Please include the return slip you received with your order to avoid any processing delays. All items to be returned will need to be unused/unworn and send back in its original packaging with tags attached.
Refunds
Returns will need to be received back in unused/unworn condition in its original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet this criteria and will be shipped back to the customer, the customer will have to pay for the shipping costs and customs fees.
Once your return has been accepted, please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed by your bank. Initial shipping costs or customs fees will not be refunded.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Parcels
Once an order has left our warehouse and has been handed over to the shipping company, it is under the responsibility of the courier to deliver it to the customer.
